The HLB Board of Directors’ regular meetings are now held the third Monday of each month and are open to the public. Agendas for upcoming meetings and minutes for past meetings are available below.
Speakers must be registered in advance of public meetings by 5 p.m. on the day before the board meeting — please register HERE.

HLB Approved Builder Home Development Program Guidelines
We sell vacant land to Approved Homebuilders in exchange for a commitment to build a quality affordable home for an income-eligible homebuyer at or below a capped price. Program Guidelines are available here.
